Do I need experience to join?

No experience required! Our classes welcome beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between. We tailor each session to your ability level and goals.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Every class participant needs grip socks. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

What equipment do you use?

We primarily use Balanced Body Reformers with Towers and mats, plus small props like bands, balls, and rings to enhance your workout.

Is Pilates safe during pregnancy or recovery?

Yes, with instructor guidance. We offer modifications for prenatal and postnatal clients as well as for those recovering from surgery or illness. Always consult your physician first.

Do you do hands-on adjustments?

Our instructors may offer gentle hands-on assists for alignment, but only with your consent. You can opt out anytime.

What if I have an injury?

Please let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations before class. We can offer modifications to keep you safe and supported.

How do I book a class?

You can book private sessions by contacting us directly at korepilatesindy.com or 317-727-6234.
